I was very upset yesterday after having my car towed there on Monday night. Between my husband and I we called four times and never got a call back about where things stood. Today Lisa Elliot and Scott Fitzgerald took control and changed things up and went that extra mile. Picking up my car tonight was simple and quick. If I would have received this service yesterday I would have given five stars.
I just had the best experience with the new lease of my beyond gorgeous new Silverado. This entire team over at MacMulkin knows what customer service is about !!!
5 stars all the way. You sold me, but the best thing may have been who chose the courtesy delivery place. Universal Chevrolet was outstanding.
Went in for brake issues after 1300 miles of driving a certified pre-owned truck. ALL brakes had to be replaced. What? How was that pre-certified? Then, I spent SIX HOURS waiting for FOUR BRAKES to be fixed. I got lots of 'just a while longer'. I felt captive. Tell me the truth up front and during the process. Give me a car to met me get home to my family. ANYTHING but what happened.
