I am leasing my very first car, ever, through MacMulkin Chevrolet. I love the service I get here- they never talk down to me or dismiss my concerns, opinions, or ideas. Inside my car or out of it, I trust this team to take care of both me and my car. Special thanks to Elias, the gentleman who helped me find the car I never realized I always wanted, and to the management staff for hearing me out on hard days. Technicians have no knowledge. They could not find and fix problems right. Service department sucks, lies to customer. Do not go here for service. If you are a guy, you're probably fine. But if you are a women, do not bring your car in for service by yourself. Bring someone with you. They do not treat you well and with honest.
My husband and I recently brought my GMC Acadia in for a transmission problem. Aaron and Anthony from the Service Department went above and beyond to help us get the car covered by GM. We have had service issues with the dealership where we purchased the car and wanted to bring it somewhere we trusted. We will buy all of our cars/trucks from MacMulkin in the future. Thank you.
Awesome experience with MacMulkin. I was allowed to walk the lot and look at the cars I wanted to without any pressure. When I was ready to speak to a sales associate, I was met with polite and courteous service. I was offered a complimentary beverage and then the sales associate went to get the car and we took it for a test drive.
