Hearing others' experiences at GP surgeries across the country makes me realise how lucky I am that my surgery (Maclean Medical) operates on a SENSIBLE basis. People on the phone are helpful. You get to talk to a real-life human, not a machine. If you or your child are in a bad way, they prioritise you and a Doctor calls you back quickly. Amazing practice. Dr Coles & Dr Jacobs are exemplary. Never had an issue with reception, they are very helpful and respectful. If I am in need of anything urgent, I know that I will be cared for. I can't rate this practice highly enough. I have been a patient now for around 17 years.
I have been with the practice for well over 40 years. I have never been let down or disappointed with any doctors or nurses or receptionists my parents were registered and family are registered with the practice I have always had a first class medical and attention from all the doctors in this practice. 👍👍👍👍👍
