Used Maclaren and Warner years before when they had a Stapleford office and service was second to none so decided to use again for house move. Contacted the Ilkeston branch as it was closest to Sandiacre and near to work, only to discover my custom had been transferred to Eastwood branch as they had too many cases. Currently dealing with Ilkeston branch. Felt things were going well in dealing with Probate, but since the end of April have had to chase them for updates. The last email I received was the beginning of June and I have since sent 3 emails but received no response. I have now been told that the 2 people I was dealing with have left the company.
