I was a tenant of Mackstone Ltd for 12years. I found Stephanie and Julian the most understanding and accomodating people I have known as a tenant.
I rented an apartment through Mackstone Agency for 8 years. If it weren’t for the fact that I bought my own place, I would still be renting from them. Every issue and problem was resolved promptly and without unnecessary delay. For example, in the first months of my tenancy, I had a problem with the boiler, which was temporarily fixed, and the agency immediately decided to replace it, which was done within two weeks. Stephanie and Julian are more like family than a letting agency.
They, Stephanie and Julian are the most professional people you can wish for in that business. I was their tenant for 8 years and every time something needed sorting, they simply sorted it without delays and hesitation. They care for their tenants and run that agency with touching dedication providing top notch service. You just can't have better landlords.
I have rented a property with Mackstone’s for the last 12/13 years. Both julian and Stephanie run a very tight ship that runs very smoothly. They are simply a phone call away, and deal with every problem/situation that pops up in my property. I have rented with Macstones for 14 and a half years, Julian is a great landlord and very fair, if anything needs doing to the property regarding maintenance it gets done asap. Stephanie is an outstanding property manager. I have delt with Julian, Stephanie and Sarah for a number of years with no issues at all.
