Poor communication. Price quoted without coming out using self survey on their website. Not ideal as we all describe things differently and felt under pressure in phone call to get deposit paid. Arrived on time on removal day. Guys good but one slipped on stairs and damaged wall. These things happen but after a number of calls no one at the office would give any indication how this would be dealt with. Embarrassing for us with new owners moving in that afternoon. Andrew, Gareth and Alfie were absolutely amazing. Perfect removal men who completed the job quickly and to and exceptionally high standard. Can't fault them and would love to have them again
