I entered a triathlon in Miami held by Mack cycle. On the day of check-in I found that someone had stolen my bike and my travel to South Florida was ruined. I was then introduced to a gentleman named Chris at the Mack Cycle tent, who worked a miracle and helped me with a rental for the race! I cannot say how grateful I am for his good deed and truly appreciate his kind gesture. The bike was AMAZING, high performance, well maintained, and looked sharp! Mack Cycle has gained a lifelong customer.
