I am so disappointed with the service at Mack Cycle. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and the family-owned business was where I purchased all of the bikes for my family. What I encountered on my most recent visit this past week was an arrogant manager who had little interest in helping me purchase a new bike. My son gave me gift cards (multiple since the first visit they only had 3 to sell and he had to return another day to get more). I selected a bike and was told to return later in the week. Good customer service but prices are higher and no selection because of covid. Will never shop there again we bought 3 bikes and asked for disc on a hitch carrier and they wouldn’t. No retention.
