I purchased a new bike from these Mack Cycle & Fitness in early April. It can't speak highly enough of their willingness to "make things right". My points of contact were Noel, Ricardo and Rachel and all there went the extra mile to make sure all was good. Needless to say any form of retailing is very difficult now, so it requires extra effort and new ways to service the customer. I love my bike and would highly recommend this Company. Mack Cycle is doing a tremendous job getting everyone geared up safely through the quarantine. Like everyone else stuck at home I was dying to get outside for some exercise and was in need of a new bicycle. After researching the bikes on their website, I found a great deal on a Cannondale hybrid I liked. The staff also texted me pictures of other bikes in stock I might like.
