visited the practice monday 30th looking for support for my son . receptionist was nicola and she was an absolute Angel she listened was compassionate and kind and i also felt heard. She is a very compassionate professional young lady we need more nicolas
Nothing bad to say in all honesty, you call in at 8am and they try to give you an appointment one week from that day. I've called in twice for things and had no problem on the phone either. Very polite and helpful, glad I switched to this practice.
I'm seriously 🤔 of changing 2 another doctors surgery u can never get an appointment number 20 in queue for an hour then told there's no appointments left yet everytime I go up surgery is half empty it's a pathetic surgery doctors are freindly enough if u ever get actually 2 c one
This doctors is a disgrace asking for antibiotic for an ear infection which I get about 5 times a year one course of antibiotics takes it away they tell me u have to go to Calderbank pharmacy or one in Bellshill to be examined it’s a total disgrace plus staff are very ignorant and un helpful on the phone total joke of a place
