Rosie Crownshaw. We had a very good and professional experience from Rosie with the sale of our late father's property. She was very efficient, keeping us up to date and responding to our emails, which made the whole experience seamless and pain-free.
Personally would avoid. During my encounter with them they were encouraging conflict rather then family resolution. Seems to place more emphasis on billable hours then ethics. Hopefully with some sensitivity training and more emphasis on family values the same can be avoidable in future encounters.
I would like to recommend Machins Solicitors, Joe Colley & his team. Joe gave me help, advice, guidance and was a huge support to me during an extremely difficult period in my life. I know that divorces are major upheavals in the lives of those concerned, but Kathryn Ainsworth and her team at Machins LLP were tremendous. Admittedly, there were few sources of potential friction with my soon-to-be ex-wife, but even so the advice I received was reliably excellent, and the process was kept moving forward at the fastest tempo possible. Costs were totally reasonable. The Machins team was also very personable and I appreciate their 'Let's make this as painless as possible for everyone' approach. Five stars!
