At a time when most doctors seem to get you out the door as soon as possible, Machen seem like they actually care. And it's possible to get an appointment! Having moved here from Cardiff, this is a very pleasant surprise
Shout out for a 5 star doctors surgery whose practice and procedures should be a model for the other less successful doctors practices I’ve come across. Machen and Ty bryn surgery are a shinning example of an effective and efficient business in this time of failing healthcare. They may not always get it right for everyone but they far outperform a few other practices in the area !
