They deserve 0 stars!!!! I am disgusted that a company like this is still operating. The treatment my vulnerable, non-verbal, no mobile grandmother received from this companies "so called" trained staff put her life at risk and caused her death to come quicker than it should of due to the neglect, mistreatment, exposer of confidential information, not reporting back to their line manager any concerns they had to help put proper safe guarding measures for her whilst in their care. Thank you all for the friendly, professional, sympathetic care you have given to my mum until her sad departure in early June. All the carers gave her the utmost attention and made her days acceptable & worthwhile. Lovely service
