Only gave this practice 1 star because can’t give it 0 ! Literally more chance of getting into the SAS than getting an appointment here ! No point at all having this practice open. Sad thing is post codes won’t allow me to go anywhere else so stuck with having no GP here as to me it’s just here in name alone.
Worst doctors I've ever been too. Can't get to see a doctor ever!! It's like a call centre. You call. They call you back. Know nothing about you. Refuse to see you. I told them I have disabilities and have regular medication but I have to fight a different doctor everytime I need medication anf that's like every week because they won't ever see me face to face to discuss my needs. Absolutely disgraceful service. My grandmother paid £45 for a simple sick note for an insurance claim, and after a month, we are still waiting. No urgency, no updates, just complete indifference. I also paid £30 for a doctor to sign a form confirming my exam anxiety so I could have a separate room during exams. That was TWO YEARS AGO, and they never completed it.
