I hired this company in July 2023 to do a full reroof. As part of this, we were quoted for code 4 lead flashing between us and our neighbouring wall, this was not done as they used a mortar to flash instead. This failed after a few months with the first bad weather since the re roof. They came back to rectify this with code 4 lead flashing.
