Do not recommend trying to buy a house from them and as a result definitely not for selling. Property was back on market due to a failed sale (assumptions on my part) - 1 block viewing carried out yesterday. Phoned today, 11.30am and was told an offer is being considered with no interest in my offer.
Margaret Reid from Macallans Solictors has one of the poorest levels of customer service I have had the unfortunate experience of witnessing. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and condescending during the discussions of my Grandfathers will. I would NOT recommend this person or company. Avoid at all costs.
Wish I could give them a zero rating. Unprofessional, inept & uncommunicative. The most unhelpful legal firm I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
