Nick is very honest and trustworthy..my encounter with Nick is very honest and trustworthy..my encounter with him was beyond my expectations..he does not play the typical salesman games..I appreciate that. My financial person (Rogelio Jimenez) was horrible...my credit union said that I needed to leave that shady business...he had me crying and Nick came in and completed my paperwork...Nick was the only reason I finished my transaction and did not leave Mack Haik.

The sales rep was great (Yao) and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately had to wait for 2.5 hours to write a check due to only two financial folks being available. Should have taken about 10 minutes. Hardly anyone was wearing a mask in the sales area - there are too many people in there for no masks. Otherwise, handling and delivery, as well as communication was really good. Thanks again to Yao.
