Had a recall, no time for appointments; had already canceled twice for unexpected on call kind of work. Robert took me in, treated me royally and got me back on the road in time for work. This dealership is in my good book. I was already a customer, now I am one for life.

Johnny was a great salesman! Very friendly, and told me he is newer to Toyota so he is still learning, but he was knowledgeable enough to help me with my deal. We came to a very fair price on the vehicle that I selected, and I asked to get through the finance process quickly and they obliged. I was very happy with the overall experience, and I will be back in the future.

I went in with a specific vehicle in mind but needed to see numbers before I would commit to a test drive. My salesman Scott was respectful of my situation and not pushy at all. I appreciate his approach. My finance person found me the best interest rate and showed me how I can afford the payment so I appreciate that.
