Purchased a new Tundra after my 2013 Tundra was totaled in a flood. Both Scott (salesman) and Ray (finance rep) were nice and answered all my questions. I was in and out quick since I knew what I wanted before I went. It probably also helped that I did the online pre-qualification and waited for someone to call me back which was Scott. He was nice to talk to on the phone and in person. Neither Scott or Ray tried to pressure me into buying something I didn't ask for. Got a land cruiser with front aftermarket upper control arm (full adjustable) alignment completed. The works done was good (kudos to the tech - Jacob Bullock). The findings was not clearly communicated before pick-up (only general information communicated by the service advisor). The service advisor ended getting the tech to explain the findings and works completed (feel like the service manager either doesn’t know how to explain it). generally speaking service is good,prices are not too far out of line the people friendly and know what they are talking about. But it seems making a appointment does not seem to move things along much. I arrive at 7:15 for a 7:30 and the car still sits for a hour and a half before going into a bay.
