Nick was great. We went in looking for a new car after a wreck. We told him we weren’t ready to buy that day and he didn’t pressure us at all. We returned a week later after test driving some other vehicles and he found me the car I wanted. He worked several days to find the trim level and color I wanted at the price point I needed to stay at. He also worked to get us the financing we wanted. Great website to schedule services for our 2 Toyotas (which we bought from Mac Haik Toyota). Services have always been complete and prompt. The Service Managers have always been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The Managers are great about telling us what additional services we might need, without pressuring us at all. I’m glad I didn’t settle. After shopping a few other dealerships and originally looking at a completely different make and model I’m proud to say I am a repeat Toyota owner thanks to Mac Haik. I had some upgrades on my Rav4, mud flaps and side moldings on the vehicle sides. Parts were ordered day before and work was scheduled for next day, we brought our vehicle at 10am, work was finished at about 1:30pm. I was updated on small delay due to work load in service Dept.
