Really enjoyed the car buying experience. Alex made sure to find the type of car we were looking for, was thorough in explaining the features and pleasant throughout the process. Finance department was very professional and overall service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend Mac Haik to a new car buyer
Vidal in the Express department was great! He quoted me a price, which actually ended up being less because of a special! That was nice! He was very courteous and professional. He also had the vehicle ready before originally planned. Thanks to him and the technician that serviced my brakes!
Excellent service. I requested several items done when I made the appointment online but one item was not done, replacing the windshield wipers. Although they don’t look damaged they are 2 years old.

I took my car in for an oil change and had to have repair work done. The people were great and my service was handled exceptionally. My experience with Uber to take me home and bring me back was also handled well. My only complaint was that the waiting room was too cold! I understand the service reps are busy and are hot but perhaps adjustments could be made to the vents to direct more air to their area of the room and less to the air where customers are just sitting and waiting. Thanks for listening!
The dealership was honest and great to work with, I was time pressed and they worked hard to get my paperwork done on time, the cash sale was easy peasy as they were willing to negotiate. Totally recommend!
