My vehicle was not properly protected from weather ( I had a window that would not close and it began raining) without my intervention. Signage for mask requirement was prominently displayed, yet it appeared to be optional for employees. When you consider that the CDC guidelines recommend wearing a mask to protect others, what does that say as an organization on a customer service level? Experience was as always very positive and pleasurable . Experience was as always very positive and pleasurable . They had lobby designed for covid protections and clean. Car was ready on time and they greeted me on arrival. It was a recall issue so can't comment on price or quality of work.
