Because of call back my car brakes got loose . It was not fixed till now. Toyota service team did not help on this. I am facing this issue only after call back only.
Robert and the Toyota team made it happen quickly. The part was ordered Friday and was installé by Monday. Kudos to the whole team Toyota.

I originally scheduled an appointment by calling the service dept the week before and was told the day of the appointment that they did not show any appointment so I chose to reschedule instead of taking the vehicle in that day. Not sure who I originally spoke with. I rescheduled with Robert in service who was very accommodating when I showed up for 11/16/2000 appt. Had a nail in my tire. Express Maintenance took fast care of me and thankfully had the proper tire in stock. I was in/out in excellent time!

Best dealer every. Friendly, helpful staff. There is 1 suggestion. Due to Covid-19 and social distancing, it would be nice if some additional benches or chairs were put in the grassy area near the Express Maintenance shop.

I contacted this dealership online I was fishing for the best price. I asked my sales professional to give me a best price on a 2020 Camry when he sent the quote I instantly called him because I was interested. I got their test drove the vehicle and was ready to close.
