Overall the service was very good, but because they were very busy it took a lot longer than I was expecting. They were friendly and explained the options thoroughly.

Overall experience was good. The original value they wanted to give me for my trade-in was very low but was able to negotiate a reasonable trade in amount. Scott was friendly and tentative. The wait to finish closing was long but Love my car so well worth it.

For the most part, prices are competitive for general maintenance. Worth a little more for OEM Toyota parts and fluids and not worrying about workmanship like at a Jiffy Lube. Diagnosed my 12V battery as bad and got it replaced for free under warranty. Can't beat that.

Their service got a lot slower. My remote battery died i thought thats covered but instead had to pay. It took 2 hrs or more to get the service. Which was way too much for a normal maintenance.
