My partner bought a car from Mac Haik in the fall, so when I was ready to trade in, it only made sense. Alex did a great job- he was very personable and made me feel comfortable every step of the way while being matter of fact about what I was getting and what it would cost. I'm very satisfied with both my new vehicle and the experience.

This dealership is what gives car dealers their bad reputation. Scamming people using dealer added options which duplicate already existing manfacturers options (env protection and mats when they already are part of the factory). $2000 bucks for tint, nitrogen for tires, a bottle of paint wax and scotch guard (env protection package) and all weather carpet mats. Those were the add ons on a car which included the toyota premium protection package and premium factory mats.
MacHaik was able to work a deal for the 4runner I truly wanted. Thank you to Alex Lawrence for providing exceptional customer service. Great Dealer

After being "approved" I was told I wasn't approved. Went through 3 lenders before finally financing for the last time. Had to keep driving back to the dealership an hour away to resign everything. My trade in was not paid off promptly and started getting late notices from the lender. Just a bad experience overall.
The service provided was prompt, courteous, sure-footed and exactly what was needed. Would not consider taking my vehicles to any other auto service center.
