I brought in our 4 Runner to have a low pressure fuel pump to be replaced due to a factory recall. I however also at this same time purchased 4 new tires, a 4 wheel alignment and oil change. I discussed all this before my maintenance visit with the Service Manager, Darrel Devillier. He was a great help answering my questions about the factory fuel pump recall and also answering other questions as well. We had a great experience with Scott Crowell and the entire team at Mac Haik Toyota. We found the RAV4 Hybrid we wanted online. We made an appointment with Scott and when we came in he had it already for a test drive. Patiently explaining all the safety features. The purchase time was quickly done. No high pressure add ons. He helped us connect our phones and help us set up some of the features that needed a set up. We did get the extended warranty but no high pressure there also. Waited an hour and 20 minutes with no word on what they found regarding a Tire Pressure Monitor warning light. I was alone in the waiting room or one other customer and little traffic in and out so they clearly were not slammed with business. When I went to the counter to ask about the status I was informed the tech just finished.
Kurt did a great job and answered all our questions thoroughly. He found the perfect vehicle for us. A little slow to get into financing.
