We were given a lower trade in value because of an error in understanding the trim level. The purchase of our previous camry is listed as an SE in Toyota documents, but we were given a LE trade in value due to an apparent lack of understanding on the need to manually input the true trim level.
Good experience. Salesman did alot of work to get me a car. He was friendly and willing to go the extra mile for me. We were impressed

Tech told me I had an oil leak. Told them I was not seeing oil. Turned out to be a car like mine being serviced. Also. Said my battery tested low. Not sure if that was even my car. Will go back for service, but need to be more proactive instead of depending on tech’s information.
I think I’ve found a new home to get my truck service or repair. Robert and the crew are very friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of truck in a timely manner and I’ve never had to return back for a complaint. Keep the work guys!

I've had no trouble with the dealership other than the inordinate wait time when purchasing a new vehicle & yesterday while we waited for over a half hour for them to determine we needed to order a new case for a review mirror. Too many steps & too much paperwork!
I received the best customer service from Robert. He was very attentive and friendly. He contacted me right away to inform me about my vehicle and was always available to respond my calls.

I needed to buy a company truck. I called Darren Day and informed him of what I wanted. A day later he called me with the exact truck I wanted at the price I stated I would pay for it.
