This is my first time buying a vehicle and the process was efficient yet comprehensive at this dealership. They answered all my questions and treated us very well the entire time.
This was put 4th car from this dealership, our 1st was when it was Star Toyota. This was our 2nd car that Sammy helped us with. W brought our 30 year old don in yo buy his 1st NEW car. Sammy was great and the dealership did everything they could to help him get into the 2021 C-HR and keep his payments within his range.

Process to buy a vehicle takes entirely TOO long - almost 6 hours! Salesperson constantly leaving to "check with boss" then go to Finance, then wait for car to be readied, etc....Salesperson rather pushy & making remarks that made me feel "old & stupid." When you're 75 years old, you're blessed to still be around & I do "forget" what I said 20 minutes ago or even yesterday. Please don't throw it in my face that I said $25, then $26 to someone else.
