The time for the work was provided before the reservation was made. I thought this was valuable, so I could plan on which day to bring it in for the vehicle software update. Upon arrival, the Service Representative (Ralph) greeted me, and quickly completed all the prelim paperwork. At the end, and in the time estimated, I was called and able to quickly pick up the car for exit. Very professional experience, with effective personnel. Keep doing what you are doing right!
