I have been a customer at the League City Toyota Dealership since 2003. I just recently took my daughter's 2016 RAV 4 in for maintenance. My advisor was very knowledgeable about what maintenance was needed. Additional work items were recommended and I accepted them to ensure that the vehicle continues to function as almost new.

My appt was at 10:45 and at 11:30 my car still hadn’t moved. The guy told me it was because his guys were taking lunch breaks- what a lousy excuse and shouldn’t you be aware of appts and lunch breaks?!?! Sounds like poor scheduling. I was never apologized to and they seemed relieved when I left. Not only will I never return there for service, I will not buy another Toyota because I like the work done on my vehicle done by the dealer’s shop.
Great price and they had the Highlander I was looking for. Touny worked with me to get the best deal and even met me on a Sunday with the paperwork so that my wife and I could pick up the car and return to Louisiana because of rain on Saturday when we were supposed to pick it up.
