I just bought Highlander and wanted to get running boards added Robert went with me to parts, showed me what they would look like on my car ,with a car on the lot. I was then able to get them put on immediately. Brian in parts was helpful in showing them to me on computer

It was convenient to set up an appointment. Check in went smoothly. However, instead of rotating my tires, I was told I needed to get new tires. Service light came on due to tire rotation. I was told my oil did not need to be changed for another 5,000 miles. The window sticker had 26,133 miles with service due in Nov. 2020. My mileage was 26,319 when I dropped it off at the service department.
