Nick Tieu is 5/5. Could not have asked for a better salesman. Purchased my vehicle 10/20/20 and cancelled the Mastertech policy on 10/23/20. Received my first bill and contacted Toyota Financial Services to confirm the cancellation and was told that American Financial & Automotive Services did not send them anything for the cancellation. I was there at 7:20 for my 7:30 appointment. At 7:30, the reps came out to our cars and started taking our information. I was out in 45 minutes.

I only use and trust Mac Haik Toyota for service, including oil changes. Robert Bropson is my Service Advisor who always goes out of his way to make sure my vehicles are taken care of.
