I was ready to buy and knew what I wanted to test drive. It is my third Highlander. I was a little disappointed that the hybrid has lower horsepower than the gas only version, but the gas mileage is good enough in the gas only version. The salesmen, Nick and Touny, were helpful in getting us the car that we wanted. Nick made the process of making the deal relatively painless and he provided us with floor mats. I came in for a test drive to see how I'd like driving a truck. Scott took me to the model I wanted and was very nice. The service over all was great! I had them transport in a car for me from another dealership, so I had to come in the day after signing to pick it up - that's on me though. The front desk was not super helpful, when I would call to check on the status of the car being delivered, they sent me to Scott, who had the day off - it seems like the front desk could've helped me instead of asking a salesperson to com... read more
