Mr. Sheets was absolutely helpful. We didn't even know that we were entitled to wheel locks or new protective floor mats but he made sure we had them. Still have a couple of items that might need some attention but we can always make an appointment with service for these items. Just absolutely love our RAV4 Premium SUV. Will never buy any other vehicle except Toyotas!!!!

Worst experience I have ever had buying a car! I bought a Tundra and because I am a fan of them, just not the dealership.
The dealership employees were very easy to deal with. the only problem that we had or issue was waiting three hours to get in finance.
