My experience at Mac Haik was great! Matt, my salesman , was very helpful and knowledgable about the vehicles. I bought my last toyota there when it was Star Toyota. You cannot beat the quality and safety of a Toyota! When you have a salesman like Matt it makes car shopping a beeeze! Once my choice was made the paperwork was completed in a timely manner.

I told your service department last time it was in the shop that they really need to put a new tire on the rim they scratched as well as fix the other problems. The reason for this is because the tire on the rim they scratched is not holding air. Why I do not Know. Now it is August 26th am. Was going to go out of town for storm but i cannot because I have a flat tire.. If I take it back to Mac Haik I'm sure to get the runaro... read more
