Submitted and confirmed an appointment for 1:00 last Friday on the Toyota app. It was for an oil change and tire rotation. I showed up at 12:50. I was told it would be about 1.5-2 hours. They said a couple of walkons came in just before I got there. So I asked what’s the point in using the Toyota app to schedule an appointment when walkons can jump ahead?. It was difficult to reach service by phone. I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation but nobody ever confirmed the appointment or send me a confirmation. I couldn’t reach anyone to confirm either. Finally a guy from the main service department told me that it’s FCFS so just to show up and wait. The whole making an appointment experience was horrible and I would give it a 0 out of 10.
Great experience in buying a car with minimal hassle. We came in a fair walk-out number and there was no pushback. The salesmen Marcel treated us well, and someone from special financing stepped in to help us complete the sale when the main department was backed up with low staff and end-of-the-month transactions. We recently had great service as well from Robert in the Service Department and Miranda in the Rental Department. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Went in with a back check and was out in like 30 min. I got a bet vehicle with a better price then went in to get. Everyone was nice and courteous. All my questions were given knowledgeable answers. Thank you Mac Haik Toyota couldn't be happier with my truck.
Daniel Tucker got me right in and out in one quick visit. Stopped by just to ask a question but he fit me in and had the parts in stock. In and out in less than an hour for what i figured would be a much harder and longer process. Great Job!
