Mac Haik Toyota service department is always very professional & courteous, they tend to us as prompt as possible, we can get a ride if it’s going to take a while. The waiting area is well kept and the restrooms are clean. I always had a good experience with the service department at Mac Haik Toyota.

Smooth and easy peasy. They let me bring my car in one day earlier than appointment. They found they problem right away and fixed it immediately. They then arranged an Uber to pick me up at their cost. Uber drove me to the service center, I picked up my car and off I went with a repaired car. All within 24 hours! I definitely would recommend them!

I liked that I didn’t need an appointment and I didn’t have to wait long for my car to be serviced. I had my Highlander for just over a year and have noticed some changes in the way service is done. I just wish it had been explained better to me. I also would have liked my car cleaned after they were finished with it. But I can say the service was fast and friendly. The two men that helped me were very nice but I don’t know their names.
