Sales manager could not give me a break down of what was included in specific charges on the invoice, appears to be some “double dipping” going on. I was also told several times that certain charges were “just the way it is” that if I didn’t want to pay them I didn’t have to buy the car. Lastly, the car was ordered, upon my arrival to pickup the car no one ever asked if I wanted to see or drive it. I never saw the vehicle until all the documents were signed.
The gentleman that helped me was very helpful in explaining the offer of the tires I wanted. Put it all on paper. I went to another tire shop to make a comparison and then discovered Mac had the best price for the tire I needed.

Not impressed with the service department here. Wish Toyota of Alvin didn't move so far away.
It has been a pleasure dealing with any personnel at this dealership. I will drive an extra half an hour to this dealership because all personnel go above and beyond. I will return for any maintenance, sales or referrals.
