The service man at your dealership Robert Bropson is the only reason why I bring my car and truck there I love his hospitality and he’s very knowledgeable. Yeah and he always speaks and got a smile on his face I’ve been bringing my vehicles there since 2004 and I’m waiting to buy me a 2022 tundra there because of him

In for recall asked for oil change that didn’t get done. I’m not happy
I had brakes installed, but they made some noise so I returned to the dealership to have that fixed. Anyone can have an off day so I wasn’t angry, but I wanted it fixed. The true test of a Service Dept. is how they handle your vehicle once you bring it back. They were great! The service manager, Darrell, handled it himself. The customer service manager, Mary, also helped. The two of them made sure the repairs were done and kept me informed. I’m very happy with the job they did and I will continue to take my SUV there.
