Work was done promptly. Questions answered appropriately. Part for recall ordered and will schedule service soon. Very happy on this visit! Express Service rep communicated all information needed for visit, at check-in. Appointment time was honored and in/out in about 1 hour.

This was the absolute worst service we have ever received!! From first contact to follow up nothing they did showed customer appreciation!! We scheduled an appointment to purchase the vehicle with cash the following day, we arrived as planned. No one greeted us and we where informed by the salesman that vehicle had been sold. We had just traveled 4 hours to purchase this vehicle! We had been told we could purchase this the day of contact because it had not gone through Mc Haik quality inspection. I was a bit apprehensive coming back since the 1st time I visited, I needed extensive work done. I knew I needed and oil change and state inspection. I EASILY made a same day appointment online and within a few hours, I was seen on time. However, the nicest Express Maintenance employee helped me solve my full set of tires needed in order to pass inspection. Not happy with replacement windshield, it was broken while making another repair. Supposedly they replaced the windshield (again) but it looks like they covered up the problem with caulk so that it looks good. Now I have half the seal for window looking like it isn't install correctly.
