Sammy was great. Very helpful. Upfront and honest. Service was great. I have recommended him and Mak Haik to multiple people since I was there last. Also the man who helped me with my paperwork was very helpful in determining the tire insurance and other added warranties. He was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly.
Went to get an oil change everyone was very nice and friendly. And didn’t take to long! I would definitely go back and recommend family and friends.
Very good and clean. I wish there was a discount for military and first responders. Or some sort of discount for long time customers. Either way I will be back. Thanks.

Told them at signing I needed my payment in the middle of the month, just like the previous. Already double paid at signing and now they want my payment at the very end of the month. The sales person (Kurt), says there is nothing he can do. I don’t buy this; I have 8 friends at work that we’re going to get new vehicles from this dealership, but now refuse since my troubles. Never again Maik Haik or Toyota. Thanks for supporting your Healthcare workers in this stressful time.
I appreciate Ralph helping me get my 2018 Toyota Camry all perfect for its inspection. He was very professional and courteous! He even called an Uber for me so I could go shopping while the car was worked on.
Very disappointed for the service my wife did not go to work to do a service on her hi lander and they never got to do the service because the service department was behind ! She took the truck or hi lander the next day and she was told to make another appointment because the were very busy????
