I needed the passenger mirror assembly replaced. Ralph was exceptional in getting it ordered and arranging for the replacement. It only took 2 days to get the part. The replacement workmanship done by Dennis was excellent.

Their AC was out and it’s wayyyy too hot in texas for that. Also, I wanted everything done before I got there to avoid the three hour visit with my kid. I do still think the numbers are off from my original quote but with the kid, AC and time, their plan worked 🤦🏻♀️. Love my car, not how much I paid.

Only takes one word to describe my review. Excellent vehicle. I love it. Only thing i dont like is the fact that they put the luggage rack widthwise and the front rail is right across the sunroof. I will be taking the rails off until i might need them!

We went to Mack Haik Toyota to check out the new Toyota Sienna Hybrid and left the dealership with a new 2021 model! GOOD EXPERIENCE...NOT HAPPY TO REPLACE A/C WITH 76000 MILES BUT NEEDED. RALPH WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND SERVICE TO AND FROM DEALERSHIP WAS EXCELLANT. I CHECKED COOLANT THE NEXT DAY AND WAS LOW AND HAD TO ADD. PROBABLY COULD HAVE GOT A CHEAPER PRICE BUT BUT BELIEVE QUALITY OF WORK IS WORTH THE EXTRA COST AT DEALER
