Limited communication when getting repairs done, even though I selected 2x per week on their intake form. I had to contact them repeatedly for any updates to include completion. When I drove away, within 3 minutes I could tell they didn't hook something up right as the turn signal was not working. Upon inspection at home, they did not wire up the new headlight, trim the fender liner (as they asked me if it was ok to do for my tires) and attach the underpinning on the front. Spot on service. Courteous and professional. Found out why my remote start doesn’t work. When I bought the 4Runner, the salesman didn’t tell me about the app I needed. Wonder what else doesn’t work
I brought my Highlander in for a recall and it was quickly taken care of. They said it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours and it was done in exactly 1 1/2 hours. The service people seemed to be a bit rushed but all went well.
