I went by the Toyota dealer to get the door on my car repaired. I was told the part was not available, yet I had to wait 45 minutes just to be told to come back later. I was disappointed and I got the feeling that service is slow there.

Mi único e indispensable observación es que no hubo nadie de habla para que hubiera una comunicación excelente, porque a mi me hubiese gustado preguntar mas sobre mi servicio y por esa limitante considero que la comunicación es importante para tener un mejor servicio. Estoy consiente que debo aprender el idioma pero aun estoy en ese proceso de aprenderlo y mientras eso ocurre podrían tener a una o dos personas que dominen ambos idiomas. Gracias.
