I came in and they didn’t have what i was initially looking for. But I needed a car that day. I dealt with Matt Carl and I found a used 4Runner and it was in my price range and I am so happy with my purchase. Matt was very helpful and made the process go very smooth and very quick. The salesperson was helpful and fast. I just did not like the part where I was not informed of my rate before the signing of contract. Also, be careful when listening to the add ons. They won’t tell you that there was an add on price for each. They will not give options to cancel the optional, repetitive services. They start having small talks to not allow you to ask questions. I did not even see the break down until I went home and was shocked.
The service was excellent and I was in and out in an hour. The service technician got my truck in and out of the shop in exactly the time I was told.
