I began taking my car here for service because it was closest to my house. Turned out to be a good choice, the service customer care is 100%! Recently I started looking for a new car and Mac Haik gave me the best trade-in value (I went to three different dealerships.) while making sure I get the car that I want. Matt Carl and Lawrence Asmus were so easy to work with. My all time favorite dealership!

If you make appts. for customers, you should honor them. Had an 8:15am appt., got there 10 minutes beforre 8am. At 9 am my car was setting in same spot. Pointed out that appt was for 8:15 and they got me in about 10 minutes later. They were telling walk-ins that it would be a 2 hour wait, which was about what I had with an appt.
I am very pleased with Mac Haik I had no issues, sales and fin. people did great
