Had an appointment but waited almost 2 hours before car was moved from where I parked it. Will not make any appointments in the future.
The service department never called us back to let us know part was in Toyota called us back to schedule a recall on our airbag. We waited over 6 months for this.
I found it difficult to access the express maintenance. I made an appointment to avoid wait times and still had to wait. Staff was nice and it was very busy. But an appointment is an appointment.
