It was a very different experience than expected: Mr. Larry Mcbride has behaved like a complete gentleman, not a single word more and not a single word less. He knows all the details of the car and the mechanisms to get to the site and go out to test it. In the office, when negotiating the price, he was totally honest and direct, understanding my needs. I was greeted quickly but I had to wait an hour to be ask if I want my tire patch since my coverage only pays for a new tire… hard to wrap my head around replacing a tire with 4400 miles instead of patch a small nail puncture…. I choose to pay $24 out of my pocket instead of wasting a companies money for an entire new tire. I can’t believe they won’t pay for a patching over a new tire
