I have, because the dealership continues to damage my vehicle while it is in for service, severed my relationship with the dealership. I have liked my service manager, Daniel, immensely, and my salesman, Matt. However, I'm tired of things continuously being damaged on my truck, informing people of this, and not hearing back and having to fight with them to repair it. When the car comes back to me it drives worse both services done. The brakes are horrible to the point if someone cuts in front of me i can't slam on my breaks to hard or the car feels like its about to fall apart.
Maik Toyota is always the easiest to make appointments, and they are very communicative of what needs to be done to my car. I never feel like I am getting taken advantage of, and each employee seems to care for my safety.
