When calling Monday to book an oil change, tire rotation and wiper replacement at 10:54, 56, 58 and 59am, each time I was hung up on when being transferred to the Express Department. At 11:00am, the nice lady who answered said she was in business development and apologized for my trouble and kindly booked the appointment for 9:30am Tuesday.
